I am sure that you all, including the BLRT want to know where I've been and what I have been up to.
I have been a little quiet recently, mirroring the BLRT. But I have a new goal. Make it on to the BLRT.
In the history of the BLRT, there haven't been that many additions. Tiger, but Davo loves him, so he was instantly in. There has been Ash, who can offer many things I can't and there have been the Crosslings, who were ex-roadies that made the switch.
In an effort to make it, I am taking the approach of BGA and Fastest Man and am 100% focussed on Road Racing. After many years of solid road racing, I will make the switch and become a cool mountain biker and after a year or two of that - I will be on the BLRT - sweet.
Current phase = roadie action.
By the way, didn't everyone read Dr Nick's awesome Hamner report? He is definitely a dreamy bushlover.

Happy Birthday Tiger!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREAMY TIGER
Now is a chance to reflect on a great year for Tiger.
Smashing all comers in the M1 Field in the PNP Race Series
Riding lots and lots
Getting a new sponsor
Getting another one past the keeper.
What a dreamy year, for a dreamy hunk of a man.
What will next year hold in this dreamy man's life.
I'm almost tempted to do a special delivery...

The BLRT deliver and make hearts flutter
For those of you not at the Makara Peak Rally - you missed out! Big time!
The team was out in full force. I think all the ladies (and half the guys) fell over when they saw the BLRT strip down to their lycra and get ready for action. Especially Mono in his new white top. Awesome.
It was a great day for the Crosslings' as well. They joint the BLRT and were out showing there stuff (BGA got his ginger nuts out) and were kind enough to let the old hands of the BLRT beat them (I am sure they were faster though!)
Davo was being dreamy dad, looking after Ella by giving her chocolates and even organising her to start the 2nd race - awesome!! How dreamy is that.
The only downer for the weekend was that we still have not seen Mr December. I can't wait!

The Suspense Is Building
Who will be Mr December? Will it be Hugh Jass? Will it be a special farewell for the Cow Fearing, no heiny, Magician? Will we see denim lycra.
I am really looking forward to it, much like BGA is looking forward to telling his Grandchildren about the one time he beat Tiger.

Don't worry - the BLRT always deliver.
Don't worry everyone, I am sure that the BLRT will deliver their race report soon. It might not be full of victory like their usual reports, but I hear that there are plenty of good tales in there.
I have heard that the team is preparing hard to dominate Taupo and have also been farewelling one of Wellington's finest Doctor's and Bikers - Dr Hinge Potter.
As for me, I have been doing a bit of hard road riding, when I say hard, I don't mean as hard as I get when I think about the BLRT.

The Local Races are finished. Next - The World!
The Final PNP Race.
Well, there were plenty of podiums, with Hugh Jass showing up and having a good time with the PE guys, Ricky and Clive on the Podium and Dreamy Davo helping out an injured rider and smashing himself
Tony stepped up to PE for the day. Not sure what went wrong, he is much faster than his results showed. How else could BGA have even got close!
The team is racing everywhere over the next few months, but I am especially looking forward to them strutting there stuff at the Makara Peak Rally!

Delivering the Goods and Having a Good Time!
The BLRT managed 4th in the Wild Wellington Relay. Pretty good going considering thta they were out there, dressing up and all in all having a good time. Don't we all wish we could do this.
I heard reports of BGA visiting all the time, trying to get invited on to the BLRT. Once again, he was sent away to try and ride (looking at the results, he must have been carried by his team).
Looking forward to hearing how the dream(y) team go at their next race. PNP Round 5 - this weekend!
